    I am the niece of Theodore Naidish author of “Watch Out for Willie Carter.” I am looking for a very good conditioned armed services edition. I would appreciate any help you can give me. Not good with online auctions.

    Unfortunately the main place I’ve had success is from ebay, but if that’s not your thing, you could try ABE books. I’ve just checked there and here’s a pretty good-looking copy of the book:

    That’s the only ASE copy I see right now, but you can always check back. Just try searching for the title. It’s hard to find really nice copies of ASEs, as they were cheaply manufactured and usually heavily read.

    You can order online from ABE Books (it’s a service that consolidates listings from hundreds of used bookstores – I’ve ordered through them many times and never had a problem), but if you’re more comfortable, most of these bookstores won’t mind if you call and order over the phone.

    There are also used bookstores that carry them, but ABE Books and Ebay are your best bets.
